10. Say No to Processed Food
Sugar hides in processed food. You may be going for this healthy salad, however, your salad dressing is probably saturated with sugar. So is the ketchup, barbeque sauce, and even mustard.
Open your cabinets and randomly pick out a favorite. The odds are there’s a great deal of sugar in it but it might be listed under one of sugar’s many headlines.
